Peanut Butter Cookies

Yesterday was National Peanut Butter Cookie Day and we were happy to celebrate!


The recipe I used is from Betty Crocker and can be found on the website.  The cookies came out good, but my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe is one I have made in the past that doesn't have flour in it; I'll have to make that one soon.

Cool! Sadly neither Anna nor Lars like peanut butter. On the positive side, I am getting all the Reese cups from Halloween and Valentine's Day :)

Peanut Butter cookies are a weekly treat at our house! Every Sunday...we need it to be only on Peanut Butter cookie day!
I would love to hear about the cookies without flour?
