Reagan is Eight!

Yesterday was Reagan's eighth birthday, and unfortunately, she had a slight fever and did not feel well.
The card on the left is from Collin, and the other card is from Kate.

She stayed home from school and spent most of the day on the couch.

We had birthday muffins in the morning.

I made her requested birthday dinner of steak, mashed potatoes, and corn with brownies for dessert. She didn't eat much yesterday, but she made up for it this morning.  That's right, she ate a plate of steak and mashed potatoes for breakfast.  She is feeling much better today!  I'm so happy because we have a whole weekend of celebrating coming up!  She has already had quite a bit of celebrating - presents from Papa and Grandma M and Build A Bear and shopping with Grandma Susan and Grandpa Jim!  Reagan considers her birthday to be a very important holiday, and even though she was feeling ill on her actual birthday, her "birthday month" has and will continue to be full of lots of fun!
