In my last post I mentioned that we had been reading
The Night Before St. Patrick's Day by Natasha Wing. It is definitely our favorite St. Patrick's Day book, and after reading it both C and R decided that we had to make leprechaun traps. So here they are:
The leprechauns will be intrigued when they see the gold, shiny box, the shamrocks, and the beautiful rainbow. Of course they will climb up the shamrocks and dive in; C and R will then outwit the leprechauns and find the pot of gold.
This is a leprechaun slide. There is a sparkly ladder on the other side for the leprechauns to climb. They will have to try the slide (see below) and again will be trapped!
