Elf Pancakes

We typically have pancakes or waffles for Christmas Eve dinner.  I'm not sure why or how this little tradition started, but we have been doing this for a few years now.  I made them extra special this year by creating elves.

This poor elf is definitely a misfit.  It's funny, I got the idea from a blog and her elf pancakes looked so cute and perfect.  Mine, not so much.  The kids enjoyed them though!
