Bead Pet Key Chains
In my last post, I mentioned that Reagan and Ellie like to do crafts before school. I saw this craft kit on clearance at Target and thought it would be perfect for them!
According to the box, it is for ages 6+, so I figured Reagan (age 7) and Ellie (age 11) would be able to do this without any help from me. Wow, was I wrong. Figuring out the directions was difficult for me!!! In the end though, Reagan made a cat and a chick, and Ellie made a puppy -- with some help from me. I don't think I'll be buying any more of these kits though!

LOL I am glad I am not the only one that scratches their head to the ages listed on craft boxes!! They turned out cute atleast!

Most of these kids toys are beyond me! :) Good thing I'm okay with being imperfect!
These turned out great, but I'm with you...the ages on these types of kits are a joke! I have yet to get one that is actually for the age recommended. The + part on the kit age is highly accurate though!
This could explain why they were on sale :) I have had very little luck with involved craft sets here as well.
I agree with Natalie - the age suggestion is wrong. I would say at least 8 for something like this, maybe even 12.
