Is anyone else having a problem with scheduled posts not going up when they should?

Scheduled posting is currently unreliable for some users. We're looking into this and will post and update when we have more to share.

I have before but my one this week went up fine i think it was there in the morning but not sure when it really posted since i shut down the computer right after i scheduled it!
I haven't scheduled anything in a while--so I have no idea, sorry.
