Snowman Snack

This snowman is three slices of banana, pretzel stick arms and legs stuck in the sides of the banana slices, raisin eyes, mouth and buttons (I cut the raisins into small pieces to be more proportional), a tiny sliver of carrot for the nose, and fruit leather for the scarf.  He is surrounded by some graham cracker bunny friends.

R enjoyed the snowman, but she wouldn't eat the raisins.  Next time I might try mini chocolate chips.

What a cute snack!
Lu does NOT go to a private school, this county is STRANGE, the kids had their FIRST day of break on Christmas Eve ... so they have to have 2 wks off and the break was from the 24th of Dec to the 9th of Jan (and the 10 &11 are a sat and sun) weird huh? I opted for no private school bc Lu was accepted into a special program where only 18 kids get to be in it, they teach them spanish so that by the time she is in 5th grade she will be bilingual. They have some great programs in this county.

Very cute! I think a snowman snack would be easier then the snowman sandwiches I made. Great idea.

I like this snack, and it's also rather healthy. I am only worried that the bar on snacks will be significantly raised if I try it :)

I like this idea - it's a healthy snack & so cute that they do not even realize that it's healthy! Great thinking!
