The Rainbow Fish
We have read The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister many times, and every time we read the book, C insists on making his own rainbow fish. This is the first time that R made one though. I think they both came out great!
I drew the outline of the fish, C and R colored their fish and added details, and then they glued on a few pieces of aluminum foil to make the sparkling silver scales.

those are great rainbow fish! we LOVE rainbow fish books and they did a great job. :)
I love Rainbow Fish. It's such a fun series of books. Great activity, I always love seeing that. Your kids showed a lot more enthusiasm than mine did when we did it.
We love rainbow fish - great books. Both R and C did great - it's too funny that C always wants to do this craft, and he is clearly a pro at it.
