Mini Candy Apples

This idea came from Family Fun magazine.  Use a melon baller to scoop roundish shaped pieces from a Granny Smith apple (this was not easy!).  Each piece should have some peel on the bottom.  Insert a lollipop stick in the bottom of each apple piece.  Melt peanut butter or butterscotch chips and dip the apple pieces in that, followed by sprinkles.  Enjoy!

i'm definitely going to try this, but i'm going to do slices instead! a whole caramel apple is just too much! yours look cute; i'd probably gore myself using a melon baller on the apple!

Yum yum yum. I'd probably love it, don't know if my kids would as well. We'll see.

I love this! Full size apples are usually too much for the kids (and even me!) to eat. This is a perfect idea!
